Harvest of Discovery: Celebrating Learning, Gratitude, and Community

Enjoy Thanksgiving Lunch and dive into discovery at our Science Expo — a day for the whole family.

We’re gathering for a full day of celebration, community, and curiosity at Byne — and you won’t want to miss a moment.

Our day begins with Main Stage Presentations from our Logic and Rhetoric (7th-12th grade) students at 11:30 AM. Parents, please enter through the Wood Gym entrance (doors open at 11:15 AM).

After the presentations, we’ll move into our Thanksgiving Lunch, held in the Blue Gym from 12:30–1:15 PM. Whether you’re dining or simply joining your student, everyone attending must RSVP. Even if you only need a seat, there’s a seat-only option in the reservation link. Because seating is assigned and limited, a reservation is required to guarantee your spot. Older siblings will be seated with younger ones.

Enter for lunch through the black gate (doors open at 12:15 PM), pick up your meal, and head to your assigned table to meet your student.

Lunch Menu (catered by BJ’s):
• Baked chicken with dressing
• Green beans
• Sweet potato soufflé
• Cranberry sauce
• Banana pudding

Pricing: $8 per student | $10 per adult
Reservation deadline: Tuesday, November 18, at noon

After lunch, discover the creativity and hard work of our students at the Science Expo, open from 1:30–2:30 PM:
• K3–2nd Grade: Lower Grammar Hallway
• 3rd–6th Grades: Legay & Ledo Rooms
• 7th–10th Grades: Wood Gym

Students may be dismissed at 2:30 PM, but not before, as many projects rely on partners and teamwork.

It promises to be a day filled with gratitude, learning, and plenty to explore. We’re looking forward to celebrating this Harvest of Discovery together!
